Commercial Real estate

Our focus is on underutilized commercial real estate that can be revitalized and create readapted spaces that inspire people to live healthier and happier.

We focus on markets that are poised for a rejunivation and have the current infrastructure to support it

Re-adaptive space is something that we believe as a superior environment for people to work in - we create these environments and offer an alternative product that team members love. In the post COVID environment and the stay at home model these areas and products offer an alternative to the conventional office space which makes this sector very exciting for us.

We focus on urban environments in primary and secondary markets in the South East that are going to a reform with new community organization, enterprise interest, and the need for diversified experiences.

We feel that with the responsible utilization of technology and innovation we can heal humans more efficiently and more effectively. Our goal is to invest around this innovation.

We feel that Ai/ML will impact almost every element of healthcare and by gathering large data, analyzing them with high accuracy, and finding patterns we are going to help humans be healthier.
