Frank Nia holds a BBA from Georgia State University, MSEd in Higher Education Management, and DMD from the University of Pennsylvania.

His expertise in real estate is rooted on the principal of accurate forecasting, creating tolerances, and making sure that financial models are realized and adjustments made accordingly. His focus too has been on the high residential space and revitalization of commercial real estate.
